Thin But Not Healthy,
If it's been awhile since you've had a checkup, you might want to start by taking that step. Seeing a nutritionist might help you to make better choices about the foods you are eating.

You can start by making an appointment to see a doctor. Get a physical checkup and tell him or her about your eating problem. Ask for a referral to a therapist who can help you, and don't forget to mention that you are feeling depressed, too.
